About Us

North London Community Finance comprises three separate but connected companies

• North London Credit Union, a savings and loans organisation founded in 1994, owned and managed by its members and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
  
  
• North London Enterprise Fund, a company limited by guarantee and established in 2008. It makes loans to businesses in London, using funds provided by the London Development Agency.
  
  
• North London Community Finance itself, a not-for-profit organisation designed to assist in promoting and providing training in financial literacy

All three companies provide services, mainly to the people and businesses of North London. They operate on a not-for-profit basis, and are governed by a Board of Directors comprising representatives of the local community.
